Technical Account Manager

Studio 216 is looking for a qualified Technical account manager to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs. The candidate will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.

The candidate should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.

UI Designer

Studio 216 is seeking an experienced designer to spend 3+ months onsite in downtown Seattle.  Responsibilities include UI for extended reality and web design. Ability to create simple videos a major plus.

  • Improve UI of existing xR mobile Apps

  • Update/ Revamp existing website with art assets to reflect new products and services

  • Develop personas, user journeys and wireframes to communicate design ideas

  • 3+ years of Professional experience in software and mobile app design

  • Strong Portfolio of previous UI design

  • Previous UI experience on VR / AR / MR products a major plus

  • Familiarity with Squarespace or similar web platform
