3 Rock Stars join the Studio216 family!

We are very excited to welcome three stellar individuals to the Studio 216 family.  

Aidan Doyle and Sheena Garcia have joined Studio 216 as Senior Creative Leads and are based in our Seattle headquarters.  Each brings deep visualization experience leading high profile projects for firms like Foster and Partners, DBOX and Bernard Tschumi Architects.  Sheena and Aidan also have a strong history of teaching architecture and 3d visualization at Yale, Princeton, Kansas State and Tulane.  

Liz O'Carroll, fresh from a position as VP of Marketing at JLL San Francisco is our new Director of Business Development in the San Francisco office.  She brings incredible experience in sales, marketing and digital strategy.  Liz will be responsible for creating & nurturing client partnerships within our growing California market.

Aidan Doyle  |  Senior Creative Lead

Aidan joins Studio216 as a Senior Creative Lead in the Seattle office.  Aidan studied architecture at Clemson University and Yale University. At Clemson he won the McMahan Award in 2002 and the St. Petersburg Prize in 2003 before joining Kallmann McKinnell & Wood in Boston from 2004 to 2007.  At KMW he worked primarily on large-scale institutional work including the American Embassy in Athens, Greece and Harvard University's Science Research Campus.  At Yale he was awarded the George Nelson Scholarship which allowed him to make a documentary film about late-Soviet architecture. There he co-taught a drawing class with Peter Eisenman and was awarded the David Taylor Memorial Prize and Franklin U. Gregory Memorial Scholarship in 2010. After graduation he worked with Foster and Partners in London on Apple’s new headquarters in Cupertino, CA, with Safdie Architects in Boston, and most recently with Bohlin Cywinski Jackson in Seattle. 
 

Sheena Garcia  |  Senior Creative Lead

Sheena joins Studio216 as a Senior Creative Lead in the Seattle office.  She has previously worked in the offices of DBOX, SHoP Architects and Bernard Tschumi Architects as a lead visualizer for many celebrated design projects and marketing campaigns. Sheena received her Bachelors in Architecture from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where she was the architectural Valedictorian and earned the Raoul Wallenberg Travel Scholarship Award.  She received her Masters in Architecture at Princeton University where she was a Princeton University Graduate Academic Fellow and earned the AIA Henry Adams Certificate of Merit.  In past years, she has taught design and lectured at Kansas State University, Tulane University and Princeton University in the undergraduate and graduate programs.  Her work as a professional visualization artist focuses on the development of 3D media technique as a tool for the advancement of design through representation.

Liz O'Carroll  |  Director of Business Development

Liz joins Studio216 as Director of Business Development in the San Francisco office.  For the last 9 years Liz has been the VP of Marketing for Jones Lang Lasalle's (JLL) Northwest region overseeing marketing and communications across Northern California, Washington and Oregon. Liz successfully developed and executed targeted sales strategies, managed new business pursuits and grew brand awareness through PR, digital, events and social media channels. She also led Investor marketing for the region and concentrated on winning and converting market share within the investor segment.  Before joining JLL she worked for Cushman & Wakefield.  Liz received her B.A. in Journalism from Northeastern University in Boston where her studies focused on Marketing & Public Relations.
