American Life and Daniels Real Estate are teaming up to develop the land north of Century link field. studio/216 has been working with Daniels Real Estate and ZGF on visualizing this project for several years and we are excited to see the project moving forward. If you head out to the site now you can see the beginnings of construction on Phase 1. Last July we interviewed a series of stakeholders about the project and its future impact on the area. We came away pretty inspired by the potential for a project like this in the downtown to bring much needed residents that can transform the day and night life in this community.
