This role is based in Seattle, WA and will perform a variety of administrative, clerical and simple operational tasks. Studio 216 is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to support office management tasks on a daily basis.
Maintain front desk procedures including general administrative duties, executive support.
Basic bookkeeping duties (light AP / AR), sorting mail, filing.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Maintaining organization document structure (server folder structure).
Preparing project set up for new projects according to organization’s process.
Coordinating office contractors and maintaining office supplies as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
University Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, plan and set priorities.
Attention to detail and excellent follow through skills.
Proactive solutions-oriented problem solving skills able to operate independently.
Represent organization in an ethical and professional manner.
Expertise in google docs / sheets / excel.
Photoshop experience is a plus.
This position is a part-time, salaried position - hours / schedule tbd.
