Studio 216 is looking for a Project Manager to work closely with the operations and production team in gathering and managing important information and assets during the lifespan of our projects. This position will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and provide exposure to life inside a creative agency and give valuable work experience to individuals interested in cg visualization, extended reality (virtual, mixed and augmented reality), web/mobile applications and brand/strategy.  

The Project Manager’s responsibility is to manage the flow of project information and communication. The position requires sophisticated interpersonal skills…..you must be able to simultaneously achieve client goals while motivating our production staff and ensuring projects are flowing smoothly and efficiently. Delivering top quality projects on time and within budget are determinants of client satisfaction. We strive for repeat clients... YOUR job is to help achieve this goal. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist and support management and project teams on assigned projects through production and delivery.  
  • Efficiently coordinate the flow of information and elements between the client, project creative leads and production teams in Seattle and Shanghai.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously focusing on project schedule, scope and fees.
  • Ensure requirements and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed by both team and clients.
  • Anticipate and respond appropriately to changes in project scope, work with project manager to mitigate risk.
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for client and internal project team
  • Maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Take clear notes during client interaction and internal team meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree, Bachelors in Communications, Business preferred

Project Manager


Studio 216 is looking for a hands-on Creative Director to lead production efforts and be responsible for all creative efforts. Candidates should have significant experience, skill, and confidence with:

  • Authoring creative vision(s) on a project basis.
  • Leading creative interactions with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Working with production and development teams to ensure client success.
  • Providing thought leadership externally and within the organization.

The ideal candidate with have experience and interest in working across a variety of mediums and deliverables, with particular skill with 3d visualization. This position requires one to possess the ability to direct creative aspects of work on 3d architectural visualization, virtual & mixed reality, interactive design, and video.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional artistic and creative leadership and direction within the Studio 216 production team across all client deliverables and services.
  • Work closely with clients to understand project needs and through creative collaboration to generate inspiring, creative visions that meet client goals.
  • In close collaboration with Project Management, lead and direct creative  processes and daily workflow for a wide variety of projects and project types; visual & mixed reality, architectural animation & video, renderings, and UI design.
  • Work collaboratively and responsively with clients to author project objectives and creative vision.
  • Work with Project Managers to plan and schedule projects and to ensure they stay on schedule.
  • Oversee and direct team members in the coordination of information to our production team.

  • Must be an effective manager with exceptional verbal and visual communication skills.
  • MA or BA in Architecture or related discipline preferred.
  • Ability to interpret and understand architectural CAD drawings and concept sketches.
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and architectural post-production, a must.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Unity and Git.
  • Knowledge of other 3d programs and Premiere / After Effects is an advantage.

Creative Director


Studio 216 is looking for a ‘Creative Lead’ to direct digital production efforts and be responsible for all creative leadership on a project basis. Candidates should have significant experience, skill, and confidence with:

  • Developing creative vision(s) with clients and translating them into CG (computer graphic) project deliverables.
  • Leading creative interactions with clients and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a digital artist and the visualization of 3d environments. This is a non-production role focused primarily on the artistic direction of 3d content work including renderings, 360 panos and CG animation / video.

Creative Lead


This role is based in Seattle, WA and will perform a variety of administrative, clerical and simple operational tasks. Studio 216 is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to support office management tasks on a daily basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain front desk procedures including general administrative duties, executive support.
  • Basic bookkeeping duties (light AP / AR), sorting mail, filing.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Maintaining organization document structure (server folder structure).
  • Preparing project set up for new projects according to organization’s process.
  • Coordinating office contractors and maintaining office supplies as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • University Bachelor’s degree preferred.
